Staff was incredible, everything smells fabulous ‼️
I arrived at the Bath & Body Works location at approximately 5:30 PM, while the store’s posted closing time was 6:00 PM. I was denied entry and told the store was closing early due to a line. At that time, there was no long line, and several customers continued to approach the door and were turned away. While waiting nearby, I personally observed the staff allow one man to enter the store, while continuing to deny everyone else. Terrible customer service. Closed at least 15 minutes before posted closing time. Would not even speak to me about picking up an online mobile order.
