Whew!! Not a great experience this time around!! Sometimes customers get frustrated. The manager was nice and helpful. The associate, Emili…. not so much. The store is very FULL of products and customers and no designated check out lane. It’s very overwhelming to say the least. And maybe don’t just toss the products in the bag. Even if you are pissed off at me. I say thank you to her. Her response; mm hmm.

Mitch, the name of this worker, was incredibly accommodating and had a knack for understanding my preferences. He’s undoubtedly the best staff member I’ve ever encountered at this establishment. The other workers were equally impressive. The new scents were also fantastic. Five stars, guys! Well done!
