I stopped in looking for some specific scents, but the store was so crowded that it felt impossible to even browse properly. The shelves looked pretty picked over, and I couldn't find half of the items I wanted. It felt like everything was just scattered everywhere, and the staff seemed way too overwhelmed to offer any help. I ended up leaving after just a few minutes because the whole experience was just too frustrating to deal with today
Serenity was so sweet and so helpful!! Super good customer service for real! Bath and body works is one of my fav stores so I’m in there quite a bit and I always go to her for help!

The new location is so great! There is a lot more space, lighting, and the overall atmosphere is better for it!
