I was up in Paduach and needed to go to Bath and Body on Friday the 16th of October. I have to say what GREAT I had. Two lady's had greeted me and asked if they could help but I knew what I wanted. The cashier was super nice. Ladies you made my day. I will be seeing you on candle day.
The manager would not swap the wall flower unit that is leaking. They have always swap them in past. This is terrible
I stopped in looking for some specific scents, but the store was so crowded that it felt impossible to even browse properly. The shelves looked pretty picked over, and I couldn't find half of the items I wanted. It felt like everything was just scattered everywhere, and the staff seemed way too overwhelmed to offer any help. I ended up leaving after just a few minutes because the whole experience was just too frustrating to deal with today
Serenity was so sweet and so helpful!! Super good customer service for real! Bath and body works is one of my fav stores so I’m in there quite a bit and I always go to her for help!
Great prices great service
