Always great service and find what I need when I go. Great deals plus the stores always very clean an well organized. Love that place.
Watched an employee treat another customer like shit sending her out in tears . They only answer was "I don't know " to everything. I've built up a callus to how they treat me but another customer. Train your employees better rather than make the store bigger !!
Everyone one amazing! Being this was a once a year sale on candles BBW were fully staffed with helpful associates. Pleasant experience all around!
What a great employee at penn square mall. Im feel bad cause im cant remember her name exactly. But she was OUTSTANDING. she was so helpful put back candles for me yesterday which i didn't get until today. Plus i bought more. Cant thank her enough we need to give her a raise. Wonderful
