The manager was very rude and unprofessional
The company has very seriously degraded in the quality of their products, and the quality of their customer service. I have spent so much time today on the phone trying to connect and get an issue resolved. If anybody understands you, you don't understand them. I then went to the website . There's no place on the website where you can email them. You have to go through the chat instead, and that would be great if it worked well. So much for reliability.
