First off, this was my first time ever in the store on 1/17/2025 and it was amazing. The gals running the shop were amazing! The products I bought to put in gift baskets were amazing to the recievers. The shop atmosphere was such a positive high vibration and welcoming. I will be returning back plenty of times now since finding this place.
Placed an online order for the HELLO BEAUTIFUL - LUXURY FACE + BODY COLLECTION which I was excited to get for my birthday. After receiving the order I realized they did not include the $15 Luxury Facial Brush as was mentioned in the offer AND shown in the picture listed. After reaching out through email the day of order; I never received a response. So, I tried again a few day later and received a response from Jenny saying I was wrong about what the site promised. They have cute things and they are nice but cannot stand that they follow you around the entire time your trying to shop pointing out different things to you I would have bought more things if I wasn’t being followed the entire time I just couldn’t wait to get out of there…
