Love this place, very helpful and not too expensive and they take good care of my fur babies
Worst customer service. The owner is extremely rude and short. They cancel appointments on us regularly last minute. I hope they treat the animals better than they treat their customers.
Kylee groomed my dog Sunshine and she groomers my aunt's 2 dogs Duke and Duchess. The new groomer is good also. Very close to home and really nice people.
I've been taking my fur babies there since they've opened. Just srarted taking my third new puppy there. Tina is super sweet and love her staff!
Bath and Biscuits is such an awesome place you can take your dog, big or small to give them a bath. I always take our dog Sable there.. She doesn't like going in, but once she's done she's a happy girl. She prances around like a queen! They have big huge tubs, easy access for your dog to get into the tubs. I would definitely recommend Bath and Biscuits to anyone!!!
We have been coming here for over 4 years now and the service is excellent. Every staff is polite, accommodating and friendly. My Marbles got used to Kylie and the only one who really can handle him right. Marbles has had his grooming experience from several groomers here since we moved from New Jersey. 2 groomers from Elk Grove, Petco, and one from downtown Sacramento, and only in this place I can truly entrust my precious fur baby.
