Couldnt Edit other review but also want to add they cut her and didn’t trim her nails. Now she is scared to even let us touch her feet! Never will we ever take her back there.
Horrible! Chopped her up! Shaved all the way to the skin! The one picture was the cut I wanted! Didn’t want to give one star!

We just picked up our Sheltie from here and they absolutely butchered him. He looks terrible and they’re clueless as to why. He’s gone here twice in the past and it was great but this time they acted like they’ve never seen him before. They didn’t apologize. They took forever. We called after 3.5 hours and they hadn’t even started. They said he’d be done in 30 minutes (which means they’d be rushing anyways) and we showed up an hour later and he wasn’t done. This was my second time taking my Aussie to get groomed. Last time was 5 years ago. I moved from Greenwood to Brownsburg so I began to use another groomer closer to my home, but the few I found didn’t do as good a job as this place did. When we got our puppy.. he had a very rare kind of lice but we had no idea what it was. But Theh knew exactly what she was doing and told us what it was so we were able to get it taken care. We always love our boys cuts! But last time.. we picked them up and was told to go get one of their ears checked as she thought he had an ear infection. And sure enough.. he did!
