When my grandson’s eye was red and swollen, l called right before quitting time and they not only waited for me, they were super nice about it. Maverick is 6 months old yet and Dr. Mark was so great with him !!!
They're so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I love both the father and the son. Great Drs. They're practicing safety really well too during this pandemic.
My one year old has a terrible stye on his eye that I have already taken him to his PCP for earlier this week. It has gotten worse so today I called the Batesville Eye Care Center and they were so awesome! They worked him in—same day—and my mom was able to take my kiddo to get it checked out! She said nothing but wonderful things about the staff and said that Dr. Davis was fantastic with him! So grateful!
The staff is helpful and always nice! I have Dr. Davis and he always remembers what we talked about at my previous appointment and keeps the conversation going at the next. When I need glasses, contacts, or an eye exam this is where I go. Dr. Davis and Dr. Mark are great with people of all ages & keep your eyesight at its best :)
EVERYONE on their staff is friendly and caring. You can’t say that about many places anymore. When I began my eye care journey I CALLED about 4-5 eye care providers locally and the reason I chose Batesville Eye Care center is because they had the friendliest person answer the phone. That first interaction set the entire mood of my experience and knew I made the right choice. Great people to work with
I’ve been very pleased with my experiences at Batesville Eye Care Center. My children and I are patients of Dr. Mark Davis. Dr. Mark detected my daughter’s mild case of amblyopia (after two preschool vision screenings had not) and she is improving at a very fast rate. We have worked together to create a treatment plan best suited for my daughter and I’m very impressed. Thanks Dr. Mark!
