We had a pipe that was broken going from house to septic. Bateson team worked diligently to pump the tank and used a power water spray to get through the clog in the pipe from outside and assessed that the pipe was bent. Unfortunately that wasn't enough as i had to call another specialist 1 week later to asses the problem again. This new company was much better, went from inside and had cameras and proper equipment, were able to see the pipe was not only bent but had damage from rocks. Our septic system backed up into our house and we called Bateson to help diagnose the issue only to find out our system had failed. From the start, Dave was very responsive and went above my expectations when dealing with such a frustrating situation. Dave got the ball rolling immediately with the engineers and we had plans and approvals within 2 weeks. Our new system was installed in 2 days! I highly recommend Bateson for any of your septic needs. You won’t be disappointed!
The drain in my driveway had clogged during a heavy downpour. Bateson was at my house within 30 minutes of calling. They were upfront about the pricing and quickly pumped out the water in my driveway. I had no clue where the drain outlet pipe ran. Bateson found the drain outlet and jetted the pipe. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services!
Dug holes for an hour, couldn’t find the tank, then just left. And charged $395. Truly a great service.
