I used Bates to replace and repair our apartment complex roofs. I would definitely recommend Bates Roofing and use them again. The roofs were in pretty bad shape due to lack of proper maintenance by the previous owners. Brad answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations. I didn't feel pushed to purchase or upgrade anything more than what I needed. The pricing was transparent on the estimate. Pricing for replacement plywood sheets were listed. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Bates Roofing, and our roof looks amazing! Eli was extremely helpful & thorough in the quote process, with great follow through. Scheduling and payment was smooth, and they were very communicative until the crew was able to be here because of weather. The crew was awesome, along with the project manager (Brandon) to ensure we knew what was happening every step of the way.
