I can’t think of a major purchase I have ever made, that was easy to understand, estimated with care, made me feel incredibly at ease, even when they found the damage under the roofing. I was notified immediately, explained the plan to repair, and move forward quickly. After I approved the estimate they found the time to do mine in about a week, 3 day job, cleaned up very well. Would recommend. $30K Spent.
Bates Roofing gave us the BEST customer service I've ever received from a construction company. They stayed communicative the entire time, making sure I understood the process and any holdups that occurred, in real time. This was a hard, unforeseen issue and Bates went out of their way to make it as easy on us as possible. Thank you so much for your kindness, efficiency and communication!
Did a great job! They were completed in one day. No surprises and quote was what they said. Was the most competitive in cost compared to the other estimates (I got 3 other estimates) I received. Bates Roofing did a great job and would work with them again.
We were in need of a new roof, due to switching insurance. Bates reached out and came out the next day to give us an estimate. We had the pleasure of working with Brad who gave us a quick and reasonable estimate. Unlike other companies we spoke to, Brad was straight up and even gave us 3 different budget options to choose from, and in this economy, that is HUGE.
