This is a GREAT company! Eli was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I very much appreciated that they did not pressure any sales or genuinely care about there Clients. I am a first time home owner with no experience with contractors and would recommend and hire any day. This company is a 10/10 and locally owned and operated. I truly could not have asked for a better roofing experience. Bates Roofing had the very best plan for my roof with respect to venting, valleys and design. The owner, Brad, helped me pick the perfect color for my roof (CertainTeed Black Walnut) that coordinated beautifully with my orangish-red brick color. I really appreciate the professionalism & care everyone took on our project; everyone was responsive & thorough which really put me at ease for such a huge financial spend (which was still the lowest bid out of 4 local companies). This company was awesome to work with. I live 4hrs away from my rental property and couldn't be there while they were doing the work. I was kept informed by text messages through the whole process. Not only did they do the roof, they also replaced some rotted fascia boards ( something the other 2 companies I got quotes from never offered).Also sent pictures when everything was completed.
