After many roof estimates I settled for Bates Roofing. My next door neighbor referred this business to me. The appointment and inspection was very professional. After agreeing on the estimate the project was scheduled and completed within 3 weeks of the initial inspection. On day of installation the team showed up on time and worked most of the day. Had a great experience with Bates Roofing. They were super responsive, communicative during the process and performed the work for a very fair price. They were in and out within 2 days.
This company was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. My shake roof was removed and disposed of with no damage to landscape. The professional crew was fast and efficient and finished ahead of schedule despite some extra work that was uncovered. The extra work was done cost effectively where another company could have easily over sold the repairs. I appreciate their integrity, professionalism, workmanship and value. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
