Bates installed 7 30 year roofs for me in 2008 which are prematurely failing. The roofs are not as represented and claims need to be made to manufacturer. Bates has not been helpful at all and having to rely on another roofing company for information regarding the roofs and making claims. Needless to say Bates will not be replacing the roofs.
Great place hands down, if you need roofing done call them. They have fair enough prices that's affordable
