Hands down the very best care around!! They treat you like a person instead of just a number. The dedication is unreal for their patients. You feel heard because she takes the time to listen and thoroughly goes over all of your questions. I highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent care.
The office is very welcoming and Crystal and Tom are both caring and helpful. Crystal is very knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know her patients and their needs.
The visit was great and Im looking to getting the help I need from Bates.
Crystal is great and I don't say that easily. I've dealt with a lot of medical trauma, so I don't take to providers easily. I've seen her 3 times already and she really listens to my concerns and is up to date on the newest medical research. Tom, who checks me in and works the office, is also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend Bates Primary Care to anyone. They're a great team and it's nice to have another option in Kernersville.
