The visit was great and Im looking to getting the help I need from Bates.
Crystal is great and I don't say that easily. I've dealt with a lot of medical trauma, so I don't take to providers easily. I've seen her 3 times already and she really listens to my concerns and is up to date on the newest medical research. Tom, who checks me in and works the office, is also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend Bates Primary Care to anyone. They're a great team and it's nice to have another option in Kernersville.
Crystal and Tom were both very patient and thorough while working with me. When I left the office I felt like they had spent time getting to know me and my concerns. I’m impressed with their approach to healthcare and look forward to a long and healthy relationship with Bates Primary Care.

Dr. Bates seems always to be on call. She is there and ready to see me every time I call. The office is comfortable and welcoming - matching Dr. Bates personality. Dr. Bates listens to me intently and builds a health plan that is right for ME!
