Your supervisors, Orlando and Mark, were great to work with and addressed all of my concerns about the edging and making the asphalt flush with the existing concrete footers. We had Bates Paving & Sealing do our Mission Oaks complex. Great work by a group of really professional workers. We could not get one car moved from our guest parking during our sealing phase, and Bates came back later to seal that spot. They also came back to my carport to seal a triangular spot that was missed by their sealing machine. Great job! Thank you to the Bates employees!
I cannot say enough great things about Bates Paving & Sealing. I manage HOA communities and have worked with them on 2 large scale projects. I want to specifically thank Josh, Justin, Cesar and his crew. From the sales team all the way to the crews on site they have been nothing but professional, patient, and kind. Our Del Webb community in Vail streets have been recently sealed. The streets look nice and refreshed. The crew working on this project was hard working, professional, and considerate.
