Bates real estate is the bomb.These guys ( Floyd and Caleb) dont stop.They know the market, and they work tirelessly to get the job done. Ive been on both sides with these guys ( buying and selling ) and they are the best.They bring ethics into an area where it is sometimes missing. I highly recommend.
