I purchased a pair of Ariat work boots from their boot truck at one of our company events. Within about a week, the sole on both boots began to detach near the back. I stopped by their store in Sylacauga to get it resolved. I followed up multiple times over the next 6 weeks and was repeatedly given the runaround. I was actually told that the boots had been sent in to Ariat when I was still wearing them at the time. There sales rep gave wrong information about their return policy!! I would not recommend this company or their products!! The shoe insoles are not what they say, I will invest in some Dr. Scholls or another well known brand. Please be aware before you buy.
