Placed an order on may 1st 20 days out no update's on order. No reply contacted them through phone, didnt get back yet, no response to emails as well. Just ghosted after taking money for my purchase
This was my first time visiting the store, and I had an issue with my order. They didn’t have my shoe size in stock, so I decided to place an order in-store. When the shoes arrived, they were the wrong size, which was very frustrating. I expected a refund since it was not what I ordered, but instead I was only offered a bastes gift card.
Great selection of boots. Helpful and friendly staff!
