I was extremely impressed with Dr. Bates. I arrived with severe left knee pain and left with almost zero pain. She drained fluid from my knee and then injected cortisone to help relieve the extreme discomfort I had had in my knee for months. The best part was that the entire procedure was 100% pain free. As someone that has had cortisone shots in my knee at least 5 times before, this is the first time it has been totally pain free. Gina Bates is the best! She genuinely cares for her patients and always has a solution to any question or concern. She responds quickly to messages, and scheduling is easy— you don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment like you do with some other offices. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is like how going to the doctor’s office used to be and should be. It is a personal experience. Dr Bates knows me, she is an advocate for me, I feel heard and seen, she is smart and makes getting in for appointments incredibly efficient and easy.
