As a business owner, I met with a representative of Bates on Friday 3/28 in Ocala. This this guy as a representative of Bates will never again be on our property in a Bates commercial vehicle. Foul mouthed, arrogant and inconsiderate to everyone and anyone around him. Maybe he was upset he had to drive back to Fruitland Park? I have no idea what was going on with him. We have been dealing with Bates for two years. They are a dishonest company and do a terrible job. We made the mistake of giving them multiple opportunities to correct the problems we were having and for our patience with them, as they requested, they had the audacity to claim we were never a client of theirs (to the BBB), although there is plenty of evidence to the contrary.
