As a business owner, I met with a representative of Bates on Friday 3/28 in Ocala. This this guy as a representative of Bates will never again be on our property in a Bates commercial vehicle. Foul mouthed, arrogant and inconsiderate to everyone and anyone around him. Maybe he was upset he had to drive back to Fruitland Park? I have no idea what was going on with him.
