It’ll be hard to put into words how happy I am having worked with Bates Display. From the second I met Jeff and Kathleen I was treated with kindness and professionalism. They were very patient with me with my 1000 questions and accommodated my every request with the upmost care. The packaging I got produced is so beautiful and I am so excited to further my business and order more!

Our cases look fabulous since we incorporated pieces from Bates Display into our store. The items are extremely well crafted, beautiful in design and were an excellent price. The service was above and beyond exceptional. It was wonderful to actually be able to talk to the experienced owners and get their input. The turn around time was so fast! We are extremely happy. :)

Bates Display was great to work with and led me to create displays which not only look better but function better. So happy with the finished product and how much it has improved my cases in our store. Kathleen is creative, responsive and since they make all their displays right here in Southern California, the timing and quality is excellent. Plus, it always feels better to work with a family business- especially one with people so passionate and skillful at what they do. Thank You Bates! Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING!!! Jeff and his team understood exactly what our needs were and built us beautiful in-case displays, travelling kits and gift boxes. I had tried several companies before Adler were recommended to me and their attention to detail and quality of manufacturing far surpassed all the other imported brands I had tried.
