Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed
