I am writing this review to share my absolutely horrendous experience with Bates properties as a landlord. I feel compelled to warn others about the unfair treatment and lack of professionalism I have endured. From the very beginning, the landlord demonstrated a complete disregard for tenant rights and well-being. Numerous attempts to communicate our concerns were met with indifference and a threat to be evicted. you guys never EVER answer your phones or return calls, you guys are absolutely terrible. like seriously. i wanted to lease a property and NONE of your extensions work. I get everyone has the last name Bates on those extensions but that doesn't mean you don't get up and go to work... I wouldn't normally say anything but NONE of you guys answer your calls at all. you are showing your reputation on here. leave the leasing to a company that actually wants to speak to customers to call back etc. not cool.
