I had over $600 in items missing from my room after Bates Cleaning Service completed the cleaning at my house at the end of May. We contacted the owner and explained everything, she admitted the items "may" have been thrown away by her company but now she refuses to answer our calls and has not helped to replace the items that were taken by her company. On the website they claim to be insured but I highly doubt it after going through this ordeal. Very poor customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone.
Karen is a wonderfully kind hearted woman who also happens to run a great cleaning company. She has 100% satisfaction guarantee that she implements herself. Can't say enough good things about Bates Cleaning Service.
