This is an all-around awesome shop, with honest people. It's always busy, but they will get you back on the road.
Bates my family's go to for issues wit our vehicles. We've gone there for years and they take great care of us. Art, Jeff and Chad are the best! Friendly, honest and knowledgeable....you can't ask for a better combination. They are busy (which is a good sign) so call ahead and make that appointment. Also, as a woman, they will never talk down to you and answer your questions without a snarky attitude. We appreciate you all so much!
I took my truck for just a state inspection and failed saying i needed $2250 worth of front end work. I thought something was funny and took it to d & j automotive in Festus and they told me everything was ok and they were at a loss as to why $2250 worth of work was needed ! Do yourself a favor and just go to a honest place like d & j
