We thought my daughter, who is allergic to nickel, was having an allergic reaction to the springs that were put on her braces just yesterday. I called the emergency # that was left to call when the office was closed..the Dr. did not blow off my concerns and even had me text pictures of her mouth. Took my daughter for consult in November. Her dentist sent over the X-ray. He was so worried about discussing the lack of adult incisor and how we were going to do the braces he didn't notice that her adult k9 coming in sideways was putting pressure on the root of her adult front tooth and says we will see you in 9 months. Now at her 6 month dental appointment her front tooth is now loose!!! She had to get baby teeth pulled today that he should have suggested be pulled out 6 months ago! Awesome service. Dr. Bateman knows his field and knows how to give you the smile you want. The staff are all great. Everyone's friendly, making for a pretty relaxed environment. Definitely recommend!
