Dan was my Home Inspector twice. Why twice ? It’s due to the fact that Dan did his job to the Utmost! Taking his time , not rushing through the tasks allowed , to give an extremely detailed analysis in every aspect , which in turn led to my decision to terminate the contract to the home I was about to purchase. The home actually needed an abundance of repair work , which even though didn’t look as such from the walk through, the report judicated otherwise.
