Simply made a phone call to enquire on whether they were taking new patients, was met with rude receptionist. Insane amount of attitude for a simple “Hello I was wondering if you guys were taking any new patients”.
My husband and I have been patients at this medical centre for 11 years, with the same doctor, who we found to be always caring, thorough, and friendly .. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes over my appointment time. I rang last week to request a repeat prescription to be told that my doctor was no longer with the practice. I asked if another doctor could give me the scripts and was told ‘no, we’re not accepting any new patients, you’ll have to go elsewhere’ .. umm, I’m not a new patient .. hardly my fault that my doctor ... read more
The reception staff told that this medical centre does not accept a new patient,because of full booking.
I have been a patient at Batehaven Medical Centre for over 12 years and I have had great service from my Doctor and reception staff who are all friendly and polite and have helped very much in my own time going there and were great in helping my late father who also attended Batehaven Medical centre.
