Spoke to Brian about an issue I had regarding re-installing a controller after receiving the unit back. Even though I was not the original customer, he took the time to explain some of the possible solutions. After following his instructions everything is back together and working well. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Top tier customer service for sure!
I can't recommend Bryan and his team enough! They rebuilt the HVAC controller and programmer for my Corvette with an amazingly fast turnaround time. Batee was super helpful in getting my C4 electronics updated. They offer many products and have excellent very detailed YouTube videos for installations. Any questions or concerns I had they responded very quickly and made sure everything came out right. 100% recommend Batee!
Very knowledgeable, and very fair. Looking out for people, and helping. Didn't charge me for diagnosis. Very friendly and helpful.
Really disappointed with my experience. Not at all what I expected.
