The entire team at Bateau Bridal was incredibly kind and helpful in finding my dream wedding dress! We started communicating over text (loved this!) about scheduling timelines when it came to the wedding, dress shopping and the overall experience I was hoping for. The team at Bateau was wonderful - they made time for me to come back in and try a top pick dress on again. Bateau is a cozy little space with a lot of variety, if you’re dress shopping in Anchorage - you definitely should make a stop. They do cater to an intimate experience, so you should prepare for only having a small number of supporters, and you will be the only ones in the salon-which is great.

My sister was shopping for a dress and found a one she loved, we picked it up to take it to get it tailored and was informed they measured her incorrectly and her dress was measured as a 4 and when brought to two different tailors, was informed she should have been a size 6... 3 Weeks! before her wedding, when we called they refused to admit fault, and insisted we didn't pull it tight enough.
