Holly was fantastic! I had such a great time trying on dresses. She was so patient and helpful. She even pulled a wild card which turned out to be THE dress! I can’t say thank you enough!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Bateau! This was the first bridal shop I visited, and Holly was incredibly helpful. She made me feel comfortable trying on dresses and pulled options that fit within my budget. I tried on styles I wouldn’t normally consider, but they ended up being so beautiful, and I said yes to the dress! No other bridal appointments needed.

I was so nervous going into finding a wedding dress, and it feels so silly now. I was in and out within an hour, my family and I had an amazing time and Holly was so accommodating. She really took the time to listen and figure out what I actually wanted. I am not one to be excited about a dress but I’ve been just staring at pictures of my dress and I can’t wait to put it back on! Thank you so much for a lovely experience

After seeing such high reviews for bateau i was very excited for my appointment, however by the end I was disappointed in the result. Throughout the appointment I felt very rushed. The gowns my stylist was presenting were repeatedly things i had said I was not interested in. I was disappointed we didn’t get to look through the dresses ourselves.
