This is an excellent health care provider who practices medicine like a human being…not a corporation. Dr. Batchelet and his staff are extremely efficient but never rushed. He gladly explains the process and answers any questions. They take good care of you the moment you walk in the door…I never waited for more than a few minutes upon my arrival. I went for a consultation with Dr Batchelet about light adjusting lenses for my upcoming cataract surgery. His staff was friendly and efficient, I was seen very promptly and my my consultation was completed in less than 30 minutes. Dr Batchelet was personable and informative with absolutely no condescension. He advised me that given my particular circumstances, he would not advise me getting the light adjusting lenses. I went to Dr. Batchelet to have my cataracts corrected, When he saw how near-sighted I was he convinced me to correct my vision with a Clareon Toric lens. I said yes, let's do it. I am 74 and this had to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I thought I was seeing pretty well with my glasses but wow what a difference. Absolutely a life changing decision.
