Went for a sports massage as I am old AF and things are starting to fall off. Ellie was brilliant gave me some lymphatic drainage and some really good advice. Fantastic little find. Will go back again.
I tore my pec doing calisthenics and went to Adam for a sports therapy treatment. He gave me a deep tissue treatment that really helped me to recovery faster and a rehab routine to follow at home or at the gym. After 2 sessions, my injury was almost gone and I was able to train again with confidence! Really recommend Adam if you suffer from any injuries or if you just need a sports or deep tissue massage.

Had an amazing session with Adam prior to my bodybuilding comp this weekend. We took time to discuss my areas of concern beforehand and Adam took great interest in addressing them. He also showed me some mobility exercises to add into my training and also ran through an exercise in the gym that was causing some issues. Will definitely be returning!
I’ve been going to Batch Sports Therapy consistently for 4 years. I go once a month for a sports massage and they have been brilliant. Due to my schedule and injuries accumulated; I’ve seen several therapists over the years. Russell, Seema, Ellie and currently Adam have been consistently amazing; providing not only sports massages but injury rehab and prevention exercises. I cannot recommend Batch Sports Therapy enough; great services, brilliant people and very well priced too.
