They are great the product that they provide it just awsome

Normally, my favorite place in all of SLO, until last night. We were double charged, and didn't notice in the ordering process with a bigger party. However, the employees definitely noticed, laughing it off as they proceeded not to let us know the entire time we sat inside and ate our ice cream. Very unprofessional atmosphere. As much as the product shines, the customer service killed it.
