Hon always does a great job— I can bring in any Pinterest picture I see and he nails it 😁 He is amazing at color matching and always makes my nails look and feel great. The salon is clean, everyone is friendly— they have a great atmosphere and fair prices. I drive 45 minutes to come see them because I can guarantee that I will never leave disappointed.
Orvis did an amazing job!! I love my nails! They’re perfect and exactly what I wanted. Total came to $102. My first time at Batavia nails and I loved it.

The true test of a business owner is how they treat their employees. Sad to say, this appears to be one of those situations. I was always aware that the owner and others didn't greet me and many customers when we arrived, never thanked us for our business. They don't seem to realize that a smile and a "thank you" doesn't cost a penny. I've moved on after 1+ year. I rarely give a bad review but this one is important.
