Ordered 9 yards and they missed the delivery date I was provided. I canceled the order and ordered from another local place. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card just to get my money back as they would not refund my money even though they missed the delivery date. They said they loaded the truck so I could not be refunded. Waste of everyone's time. How about you delivery when you promise
Caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware)! Had used Geneva Firewood & Mulch for years. Last year I tried Batavia Mulch because they were local and competitively priced. Was heading out of town and had the Mrs. order the mulch. Much to my surprise, we were robbed! $284.00 for 10 yards of mulch and $273.00 in delivery fees! $58.00 per yard!! Our home is less than three miles from them. Called to ask about this and they said "that is what you were quoted". No budging at all!
