We purchased our new home from Batavia Homes in Lindsay, ON. Just before COVID 19 in 2020 off the plans in Springdale, 2nd phase. We loved the open floor concept layout, all brick home. We moved up from the GTA and found the house a great value for the money. We have been in the house for 4 years now. We got everything we asked for, the workmanship was great.
