Batavia Family Dental 5 Stars!!! 5 stars across the board!!! Amy, the lovely receptionist, greeted me at the door. "The couches in the waiting room are extremely comfy, but I only waited less than 5 minutes" Megan was the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She does an amazing job every time! Batavia Family Dental is the BEST!!! Book your cleaning today because a great place Iike this is busy all the time!!!! You will not regret it.
I was shamed by the Dentist, he was extremely rude an made rude and disgusting comments about my teeth. Not to mention had an attitude about answering questions. As if I should have known the answers to said questions. The receptionist was also very rude and snobby, I will not be returning. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never return.
For the past 6 years, my whole family have been seen by Dr Korpan and we always have a wonderful experience. His team is the best, they are very kind and helpful, and mostly paitience with our little ones, they enjoy their visits and as a parent this is priceless.
Whoever answered the phone today was extremely rude and condescending to the fact that it’s been a good while since I’ve been to the dentist. I know I haven’t been in a few years but when the receptionist was snobby and disrespectful to the fact that it’s been awhile, it made me realize I should take my business elsewhere. A dentist office should not shame people for not coming in as regularly as they should. It just makes you not want to go more.
