Had a car break down and called Batavia Ave Mobil for assistance. They were able to direct us for getting a tow and what to do . When we found out the car was beyond worth repairing they went above and beyond with assisting us in arrange a scrap tow, how to deal with the title , and even dealing with the scrap tow company when we couldn’t get through . Incredible customer service and professionalism.
Been with them for 15+ years and they have never disappointed. Honest, clear, and not pushy. They give you different options nearly every time to help with costs and longterm planning. A great family run business.
