We had a very good stay here. The apartment was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The kitchen and big fridge was enough for us to do the little cooking we needed. You are walking distance to a lot of asian restaurants. Cycling it took us about 10min to get to the CBD. Our bicycles got looked on the fence on the 2nd floor and were safe. You can hear the road, but it quiets down in the night. No problem getting our bond (cash) back when we left.

This place has to be one of the worst managed accommodation apartments i have ever experienced in Perth. The guy in the office is rude and unprofessional, they have barely any kitchen items, the couch supposed to be the other sleeping option is worse than sleeping on concrete, the floor on front balconies is peeling and very slippery when wet and the entrance has no gate to keep unwanted visitors like the homeless and trash from the streets entering every night breaking into cars riffling through their bins which smelt putri... read more

rude host, scammed for $200. the host said we had to pay a bond for any damages, we didn’t damage a thing and only left a small amount of rubbish so we never got our money back. no contact from the host regarding this, the caretaker was also very rude. she knocked on our door very late at night telling us to be quiet even though no noise was being made, she then screamed at us when we were checking out for the small bit of rubbish in the apartment, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS if i could rate 0 stars i would….
