Great value for money and perfect location. The rooms were alright, a few things were broken (the TV didn’t work, nor the extractor fan, and the sofa was very uncomfortable) however the room was very clean and spacious enough. The reception also never seemed to be open but the caretaker was lovely and really helpful. Overall a great stay
Excellent Stay – Clean, Convenient, and Great Value! I had a wonderful experience staying at Batavia Apartments. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. “Attention” You won’t get your BOND back. They said your bond will get refunded after 2 days but I’m on my fourth week still nothing even they changed the number that makes it hard to get in touch. And good luck to get your $200 bond back
The owner is super kind and multitasking. The room is comfortable with a good view of the city skyline. All the tools we needed in the kitchen were available and the pans were new. The are 2 air conditioner splits, one for each room and wifi but it wasn’t working so well, probably because of weak signal. The car parking is free. The apartment is located 5 min drive from the city center.
Terrible and horrible experience I must admit that my first visit were nice.I had apartment on first floor with beautiful garden .However , my second visit was nothing but horrible. I went to check in last Tuesday at night after workcarer gave me electronic card key to my apartment on third view . I went in and head to sleep then at 5:30 I heard a noise inside my apartment.
