Back in September, we rented out Bat Haus as a venue for our wedding. We held both the ceremony and reception and it was fantastic. Natalie was incredibly friendly and accommodating in both helping us prepare and addressing any questions or concerns we had. She was very flexible with our needs regarding setting up beforehand and cleaning up afterwards. Gary was a massive help in the clean up process and kept everything running smoothly. Bat Haus had just the right amount of space for my event. I had a lot of compliments on the decorations of the ceiling lights and pomander balls. The whole venue just gave my party theme that extra glam. Most importantly, Natalie was such a sweet and kind person to work with. She was very accommodating and even gave us advice. She also helped me decorate on the day of the event. They're very flexible with the food policies and their rental prices are very reasonable.
