I've been seeing Dr. Baswell for about four years, but my last visit made me realize it's time to move on. All of a sudden nothing's wrong with me and I need counseling yet she prescribed medications. Literally I was told I need counseling, although I ended up having an asthma attack after leaving her office. Went to another doctor who found that my nasal passages and throats had inflammation from post nasal drip and my lungs sounded horrible.
Dr. Boswell has been very helpful in treatment methods and trying different medications to get a better quality of life while dealing with year round allergies.
She is very thorough which I appreciate. I have recommended her to friends.
Horrible experience. She was rude, condescending and snippy. Both to me AND to my 2 year old son! She gave us bad advice - our current allergist just stared at me in shock when I told him how we were told to manage my son's peanut allergy. When I asked if she had any information on how to manage a peanut allergy, she stared at me for a few beats, then asked, Um, haven't you ever heard of Google?? Even the staff was rude.Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
