Excellent, excellent, excellent hair salon!😊 The vibe is very positive, the communication and scheduling are clear and easy, and I have had nothing but wonderful hair experiences with stylists here. 🌟 The stylists here are personable, kind, and professional! So glad, I found them, they have my business as long as I live in the area.
They do great hair but heavily emotional when doing it, if they are having a bad day good luck to your hair and good luck to any type of refund. Pray you catch them on a good day.
I highly recommend. My daughter left super happy today, which makes me happy.
Edited: Jasmyn called me and we discussed the issue. She was more than apologetic and accommodating. I was truly touched by her kindness and excellent customer service. You just don't find this, these days. Thank you! I started taking my girls here in 2018. Sadly, the service has not been great the last two times I went. When I was there for my own appointment, the person who braids my daughter's hair, was bad mouthing a client who was on their way but late. That made uncomfortable but I took my daughter back anyway.
