Robbed me of 10$ on two separate occasions called the phone number but no answer and no voicemail
Went to the car wash on Sunday, put credit card in wash ($10) and machine said wait for car in front of you to exit the wash (there was no car in front of me) I waited for a green light, never came. Finally I just pulled forward in to the wash hoping that the water would just come on. I was wrong. Anyways, I ended up leaving with no wash and out $10. I have tried calling the # listed like 25 times (all different times of the day) there is never an answer, no answering machine to leave a message, no email, no business website... read more
We went to wash our truck through the soft touch and it didn't wash it whatsoever. Based off of the reviews stating that no one could get in contact with them, we left a note stating that we wanted a refund and that if we didn't hear back within 3 days that we would be contacting the BBB. Guess what! He called early the next morning saying that he didn't appreciate us saying that we were going to call the BBB and that he would refund us our money.
Does anyone know who owns this car wash & how to contact them? Their automatic wash put the soap all over my truck & then the dryer kicked on; never washing it/rinsing off the soap. No one answers the phone number listed & it never goes to message.
This car wash does not clean your car and they won't answer the phone
Car Wash is a joke. Pulled up and put my card into the soft touch machine. Card was processed but the car wash was out of order. When I pulled up there was no cone or out of order sign. There was a maintenance man there and came up to my car finally and said this car wash is broken right now. I explained I already put my car payment in and that I needed to make sure my card was not charged. He reassured me it would not be. Well needless to say I was charged and had no car wash.
