The BEST! If I can find what I need here rather than ETrailer, I'll gallop to Bastion! Service is outstanding, a rare breed in today's world. Briefly, I had a problem with my Bastion electric tongue jack. Called Bastion and before the day was over I had a new one coming my way. I won't give all the details as my situation might not be the same for everyone. Suffice to say, Bastion's immediate and customer first solution to my problem was professionally solved in all respects. I'll be back! 10 !
Misleading advertising, piss poor service. I ordered 4 14" 'roof vent assemblies, as shown on the Walmart ad. I have family coming to stay in the trailer. They shipped the wrong product, ate up all the time I had to be ready, refused to ship what they showed, and wasted more of my time and money to return their crap. I had to order the product overnight delivery at more than double the price. Do not do business with these losers.
