Most roofers leave scraps everywhere, don’t clean up, and damage your landscaping. Bastin cleans up as they do the roofing. They left our home perimeter cleaned every day before leaving. Pricing was fair, quality above expectations. Workers were courteous and supervisors checked in every evening with us to address any concerns. This company is top tier. Great job!
I hired Bastin Roofing for a major project and spent over $30,000 expecting quality workmanship. Unfortunately, the roof and flashing around my bay window were done poorly. The bay window began leaking, and when I contacted them, they blamed the window itself. I replaced the window at my own expense, only to find the leak persisted — proving the issue is with the defective roof and flashing. Stay away! They "installed" siding on my that wasn't secured properly. Panels are coming loose all over. After speaking with the owner I was assured he would take care of it. Unfortunately after one excuse or another he has now ghosted me. I advise anyone to go somewhere else.
Bastin roofing team did a great job installing the roof. The teamwork was coordinated and efficient. The roof over my home (beautiful & protecting my home) and deck was installed 2 years ago. This year June, 2025, I learned that water was pooling on my deck roof. I contacted Kirk a couple of weeks ago. He was kind and stated commitment to come out to view the roof's condition.
