Dr. Bastian graduated from UT Knoxville in 1974 with a BS in agriculture; DDS degree from UT center fro the health sciences in 1981; he practiced 4 years in Gallatin, TN in group practice with Drs Patterson and Bowman; he set up solo practice at this location in 1986. We have been graciously serving our communities dental needs for almost 30 years. We take pride in treating our patients the way we would want to be treated, while giving them beautiful smiles! Dr. Bastian and his staff are wonderful! They are always professional and friendly. Dr. Bastian has great attention to detail and is very personable. I have been going to his office for years and the work performed has always been top notch.
He made me a upper dentures and they were to big. I told him that they were to big and I gag on them. He cut them down a little. The second time I went in I showed him how they just fell out of my mouth and I still gag on them. So he sent off to reline. I get them back and they are making sores on my gums and I still gag on them. This time he cut them down a little and guess what I still gag. Told me I would just have to get use to them. Post is from my daughter: I had an appointment, was even wrote down, I Drove 2 hours for this appointment and waited and hour in the lobby bc they had me mixed up with someone else. I was then told when the person they thought I was checked in that I did not have an appointment. They did not even try to fix their mistake instead they pushed it off that it was me who made the mistake. I left mad, upset and still in pain from a toothache. .Dr. Bastian has been our dentist almost every since we came to Tn. He is the best and the staff is very nice and pleasant.
