We had a wonderful experience with Bastet Veterinary Hospital. After more than a year of taking my little Lyla to numerous clinics' and paying for numerous inconclusive expensive tests the Doctor knew exactly what was wrong with her. She had mites and spent a year suffering with itching, rashes, fur lose, etc. My little girl is on the mend now. The staff is extremely caring. The rates are very reasonable, and I will certainly recommend this Veterinary Hospital. Thank you Bastet Veterinary Hospital.
RecommendedDr. G and his staff give 110% to each pet. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They give you honest information. All of my dogs only go to Bastet @ Dr. G! He and his staff even saved the life of one of them!
THIS CLINIC ALMOST KILLED MY 16 WEEK OLD KITTENS. Saturday (8/1/2020) my kittens had an appointment here to get their vaccines, flea treatment and deworming. Due to covid, pet owners weren’t allowed inside. Totally fine. The vet tech that came to my car seemed to be very flustered and had no clue which animals I had. Absolutely not!!! I love my pets and do not want them to die. My cat was spayed there in December and has gone in heat twice since then. I took her back there and they weighed her then questioned me about her SUPPOSEDLY being in heat. They sent us home then called me with a quote of 700$ for an exploratory surgery. I looked hem up on the bbb and found many other horror stories... the latest one being June 24th when they killed a dog by burning it with an electric blanket, there’s a dog with the same story as mine. They gave me free shots and a groom on my rescued Shitzu with the help of a program. They went out of their way to bring in their groomer do to the poor condition of her fur. I thank them very much. This was 4 years ago.
The first visit I took my Nawneebear the Veterinarian was great. But the next visit on Dec. 7, 2017, was a nightmare he injured my baby worse than she already was, and over charged me for medication. My Nawneebear is in worse condition than she was before the Veterinarian and nurse jumped on top of her and tacked her to the floor, when I kept telling them she was not going to let them put her on her side how they wanted to let me.
