It was comforting knowing Dr Bastawrous was going to be present at the time of my colonoscopy.
He an awesome Doctor/Surgeon
It took over three months to get the appt at Issaquah and we had to wait over an hour in the waiting room after the scheduled appt. It was worth it! Dr. Amir is phenomenal and we know the wait was because he spends the needed time with his patients. He addressed my issues and I have made a follow up appt. My wife and are were very impressed by him and place him among the top providers we have ever had. We are deeply appreciative of his assistance.
(I assume) no one likes going to a doctor about their butt. Dr Bastawrous made a very uncomfortable, awkward visit as comfortable as possible by being very kind, empathetic, explaining the procedure ahead of time, and then talking through the procedure as he was performing it so I knew what to expect. He checked in with me often to make sure I was not in any pain.
