Don’t rent here. The main guy who owns 65 Lakeshore in Palm Harbor, Florida is extremely rude pretends to care about tenants but cherry picks them and it’s very obvious. they’re unprofessional and rude and then when you leave the place that you were renting from them, they charge all the stuff that they refused to take care of while you’re renting there.
