Amazing experience all around! Staff was great and friendly and they had my paperwork and everything situated the minute I got there! I was called back on time and the entire appointment went smoothly! As someone who worked in the dental field the last 10 years and recently retired this office is a 10/10
Place was great, made me feel welcome and had extreme patience with me!!! Everyone was so helpful!!
Great place, does a really good job ! Would recommend
Today was my first time here at Basswood Dental Studio. They were so professional and accommodating. I work long hours and missed my appointment they still saw me today and was understanding of my long hours I work. My cleaning was smooth. The bed side manner at this location is amazing. This will be my primary Dentist location moving forward. No long wait in and out. I appreciate you guys helping keep a great smile.
