ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Matt admitted that they flat-out lie to customers just to get them to drive all the way there — only to spring a co-signer request at the last minute. Kiana’s first day working on the lot and my first day at a REAL car lot! I saw what I wanted and was test driving it within 15 minutes, fell in love with what is now known as “Smokie” and me and Kiana had fun in the process - I didn’t know you could smile and laugh so much at a car lot! HERES TO YA GIRLY!! If yall go there ask for KIANA!! She also has a superbly knowledgeable sidekick named Matt who was the icing on the cake!
