I wish I could give Dr. Bassiri a million star because of top level service I received today. I am very fearful of the dentist and needed to get an extraction done.To my surprise it was painless and he got that tooth out within 5-10 minutes. The kind lady that worked with him explained the process of caring the area and Dr. Bassiri checked to make sure I was comfortable at each step. Thank you Kristen and the rest of the office staff for scheduling today.Painless extraction really exist . See you all soon for my cleaning.
He is awesome. Makes you feel comfortable, no matter how bad your teeth/tooth is he will work with you to fix your smile. Cant thank them enough. Even the staff is awesome, like really nice and helpful scheduling your appointments. They smile and greet you. Great staff!!
I visited the pine valley family Officr and Dr. Bassiri and his staff were great. I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was so nervous. The staff was friendly, explained the procedure and reassured me it would be painless. Dr. Bassiri was also reassuring, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Best dentist I've been to and highly recommend this office.

I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
